Toby began his insurance career in 2004 working for a middle market commercial insurance agency in the Chicago suburbs. In 2013 he moved to Pewaukee, WI with his wife Sue and two children Thomas and Libby. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, and attending sporting events.
Steve Hirst
Business Insurance Consultant
Steve brings five years of experience from Country Companies to his role as a Business Insurance Consultant at Wisdom Insurance Agency, along with a reputation as an extremely hard worker who genuinely cares about his clients. Known as one of the nicest people on the team, Steve brings the same warmth and dedication to his work that he brings to his large family — he's the proud father of eight children and enjoys every moment with his growing number of grandchildren.
Jim De Meo
Insurance Consultant
After more than 20 years running his own plumbing contracting business, Jim sold the company and found his next calling helping junk removal and dumpster rental clients secure better premiums. His background as both a buyer and a consumer within the construction industry gives him a rare perspective — he brings a contractor's mentality to every account, using the same philosophy that guided his own business: ensuring clients are protected with comprehensive coverage and adequate limits. Outside the office, Jim treasures time with his wife, dogs, and grandchildren, having recently moved just a block away from his newest grandchildren.
Farrah Hogan
Operations Manager
Farrah brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction and contracting industry to Wisdom Insurance Agency. Before joining the team, she owned and operated both a painting and contracting business and a construction management company, giving her firsthand insight into the day-to-day risks, challenges, and operational realities our contractor clients face. That real-world industry knowledge shapes how she manages operations and supports our construction and contracting policyholders. Outside the office, Farrah enjoys spending time by the lake with her dog, Ferguson.
Jennifer Novak
Account Manager
Jennifer is an Account Manager and licensed insurance agent who has been with the company for three years. She loves working with junk removal and hauling businesses because of the great, down-to-earth clients. On a personal note, Jennifer lives in Jeffersonville, Indiana with her two dogs, Lucy and Lambeau. Her daughter recently graduated from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame and is now working as an RN.
Marie Mullins
Account Manager
Marie joined Wisdom Insurance Agency from another Erie agency and, while new to the insurance industry, brings an eager, fast-learning approach to her role as Account Manager. She's growing her expertise daily and bringing fresh energy to the team. Marie lives in Indiana with her husband and two dogs.
Thomas Stubbs
Technology & Operations Support
A recent University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee graduate in Computer Science Engineering, Thomas brings fresh technical expertise to Wisdom Insurance Agency. He supports the team with software integrations, website development and content, and the overall management of the agency's software systems, helping keep the agency running efficiently on the tech side. Outside of work, Thomas is a music lover who enjoys trivia nights, live concerts, and sporting events.
